IT WAS HISTORIC!
President Trump became the first US President to meet the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un…
…IN NORTH KOREA!
He is also the first President to join a South Korean President at the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).

Before President Trump took office, the Korean Peninsula was very close to going to war. The meeting between leaders was a hopeful sign of future peace and prosperity.
