Biden and Harris Support Bailing out Rioters As Long as They Only Violently Protest for the Right Causes

When Joe Biden and roughly a dozen of his campaign staff members supported a bail fund for jailed BLM rioters, Kamala Harris was right there cheering them on. In their feeble minds, the rioters were justified in their violent behavior because, after all, they were only seeking racial equality and justice.

It seems like one of the upstanding citizens they have twice bailed out for his violent disruptions can’t seem to stay out of trouble. He’s is currently in jail for yet a third time.

Thomas Moseley, 29, is under lock and key for committing, not one, but three additional offenses. This fine young man has been charged with fifth-degree drug possession, possession of a dangerous weapon in a courthouse, and second-degree rioting while armed with a dangerous weapon.

The first time around Moseley was arrested on charges of property damage and possessing an illegal firearm. The Minnesota Freedom Fund coughed up $5000 in bail money to spring him free, using the following reasoning.

When the thug was first arrested in October of 2020 it was only because he was in the courthouse where the cops involved in the George Floyd murder were standing trial. According to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, Moseley had merely been protesting for racial equality and justice. The fact that he needed a gun to do so was not taken into their consideration.

Police found a handgun in Moseley’s pocket when he was arrested for a second time the following August for his violent behavior at a BLM protest. Because of this, they were able to obtain a warrant to search his vehicle.

According to a report by “Alpha News” Once inside of the vehicle Police “discovered a massive cache of firearms and tactical gear, including three handguns, a shotgun, a semi-automatic rifle, a gas mask, and about 50 rounds of ammunition — plus a stash of cocaine, mushrooms, and marijuana.” They also retrieved a hatchet, a bulletproof vest, and a crowbar.

The Minnesota Freedom Fund once again came to the rescue by bailing Moseley out, but he was later charged with second-degree rioting for his participation in what was described as a “New Year’s Eve melee.” Rioters busted out windows, destroyed property, and spray-painted phrases such as “DOWN W AMERICA,” “Kill all Kops,” “Crimewave 2021,” “AMERICA’S LAST YEAR?” and “DEATH TO AMERICA.”

During this same riot the police “recovered a handgun, knives, three cans containing a suspected wax and fuel substance, a green laser, mace, improvised spike balls, a taser, fireworks, gas masks, body armor, helmets, and 2-way radios.” The intent of the rioters was not peaceful.

A criminal complaint was filed against Moseley stating that his “persistent efforts to acquire firearms and continued engagement in criminal conduct especially dangerous to others raises significant concerns for public safety.”

The Minnesota Freedom Fund raised $30 million from mainly Hollywood celebrities to be used for bailing out rioters. But, they have also only used 1% of the donated money up to this point. At least this is what their records indicate. But we know better. The rest was no doubt used to help fund Biden’s campaign.

Fox 9 Minneapolis reported that “Among those bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) is a suspect who shot at police, a woman accused of killing a friend, and a twice-convicted sex offender, according to court records.”

The report went on to say,  “According to attempted murder charges, Jaleel Stallings shot at members of a SWAT Team during the riots in May. Police recovered a modified pistol that looks like an AK-47. MFF paid $75,000 in cash to get Stallings out of jail.”

It would appear that MFF has used the 1% of the donated money to bail out only the most hardened of liberal activists while ignoring everyone else who was arrested.

After all, the Democrats prefer only the very best of violent offenders to champion their unfounded causes. All others would be a waste of their time and energy. How would they ever accomplish anything that way?
