Biden Says We Deserve the Truth, So Crenshaw Exposes His Lies

Undoubtedly, you have heard all about Bob Woodward’s claims that President Donald Trump significantly downplayed the dangers of coronavirus to the American people and, in so doing, put all of our lives at risk. Naturally, the political left is throwing everything behind this, trying to prove just how unreliable and false Trump is in their eyes.

Even former vice president and Democratic nominee Joe Biden chimed in on Wednesday, saying that the American people “deserve a president who tells you the truth.”

And he certainly is right. We do. We need to be able to trust our Commander-In-Chief with all things, knowing that whatever he or she tells us and does is for the betterment of our nation, as well as honest.

The only problem with Biden’s statement is that he, or someone on his campaign staff, is putting himself up as the truthful president we need instead of Trump.

As Texas Republican and House Representative Dan Crenshaw points out for all the world to see in response to Biden’s Twitter post, Biden is the last person we should be considering for a job where honesty and integrity are a must.

Let’s just walk through a few of the ones Crenshaw noted, shall we?

Well, we can start with the infamous line by Biden’s old boss, Barack Obama, about the Affordable Care Act, “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor,” as well as the one nearly as similar, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it.” This is what Crenshaw began with…

As you know, the ACA or Obamacare, as it is more commonly known as, was anything but successful, forcing hardworking Americans to spend thousands more a year for health insurance, as well as change, in most cases, both their doctor and the health care plan.

In fact, the Obama administration’s line “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it” was rated by PolitiFact as the “Lie of the Year” in 2013, shortly after Obamacare was fully implemented.

And PolitiFact named many more statements and comments over the years from Biden as lies as well.

One of the most recent was Biden’s claim that he was the first person to talk about invoking the Defense Production Act when coronavirus hit in March, creating what many thought would be an inescapable shortage of medical supplies.

However, as PolitiFact noted, it was actually President Trump’s health and human services secretary Alex Azar, who first suggested the DPA. Azar said at a White House roundtable, “We will use the Defense Production Act as necessary to enable that our contracts go to the front of the line on contracting. That is an authority we have, and we intend to use it to acquire anything that we need to acquire.”

Note that Azar said this more than full two weeks, in late February, before Biden had brought up the idea.

Biden didn’t even mention the possible use of the act until March 18, interestingly enough, a full day after Trump had made a public announcement that his administration was geared up and ready to put the act into motion. Trump officially did so the very next day, beginning production of “personal protective equipment and ventilators.”

Then, of course, there is the claim by Biden the Trump is our very first “racist” president…

To me, this is one of the most ridiculous statements the man has ever made and further proof that he is deranged, if not by his hatred for Trump, then by the dementia that appears to have set it.

I mean, no president has ever been racist before Trump? You can’t tell me that in all of our storied history, including the nearly 100 or so years that slavery was legal, that no man in the White House was ever racist. And that’s not even counting men like Woodrow Wilson and Lyndon B. Johnson.

And these are a few of the lies PolitiFact has remarked on of Biden’s. There are many more, including the time he said that Trump said COVID was the Dems “new hoax,” and when he claimed, “The NAACP has endorsed me every time I’ve run.”

The fact of the matter is Biden can’t even keep his lies straight anymore. And due to his failing mind, I wonder if he even knows he is telling fictional tales, you know, like the time he supposed was arrested in South Africa with Nelson Mandala…

Biden is right about precisely one thing: America deserves an honest POTUS. But that man most certainly is not him!
