Trump Allies Unite to Take on Joe Biden in the Courts
(UnitedVoice.com) – President Joe Biden’s administration recently enacted a program that Republicans believe discriminates against White farmers. Now, several of former President Donald Trump’s allies are suing over the program.
On Monday, April 26, America First Legal, the organization headed by former White House official Stephen Miller, filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. According to the lawsuit, the Department of Agriculture is allegedly “limiting financial aid to socially disadvantaged” ranchers and farmers based on race. The department defines “socially disadvantaged” as groups that include (but aren’t limited to) “African Americans, American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Asians, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders, refugees, immigrants.”
The lawsuit claims the program discriminates against Americans based on their race, calling it unconstitutional and illegal.

This is the first suit America First Legal has filed, but it likely won’t be the last. The group hopes it will be able to stop the Left’s radical agenda. If anyone could do that, it’s Stephen Miller. He was a brilliant member of the Trump team and now he’s using his skills to help all Americans.
The White House hasn’t commented on the suit.
